Who we are
Omnistead is a software company in formation in the United Kingdom. For anything about your personal information, email hello@omnistead.io. We'll add our registered company details here once incorporation is complete.
What we collect
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or embedded third-party content, and it has no forms. Our typeface is served from our own site, so loading a page doesn't contact any other company.
If you email us, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, email address, firm name and anything you tell us about your firm.
Like any website, our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) briefly processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
How we use it and why
We use enquiry emails only to reply to you and, if you ask, to discuss our pilot programme. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We don't sell personal information and don't use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, or ask us to delete them sooner.
Who we share it with
We share it only with the providers that run our email and hosting, who act on our instructions. We don't otherwise share it unless the law requires us to.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@omnistead.io. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
